Family visits

Visits by relatives or friends are allowed at the following times:

Daily from 3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.;

Public Opening Hours

Admissions/Cashier: open from Mondays to Fridays:

For outpatients: Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (weekdays from 7.30 a.m. for payments for physical therapy only)
For inpatients: Mondays to Fridays from 9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All medical documentation (medical report or GP referral) is usually returned to the patient at the end of the treatment; otherwise it can be withdrawn at the times set for outpatients as indicated on the withdrawal form provided by the clinic.

Public Relations Office (PRO)

The Head of Public Relations can be contacted by requesting the ward staff or cashier for an appointment.

Meals

Meals are served at the following times::

Breakfast 7.45 a.m. (8.30 a.m. in Department 3A)

Lunch 11.45 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Snacks 3.45 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Dinner 6.30 p.m. to 7.15 p.m.
